News From Around The Beer Trail
Seneca Lake Brewing Company will be launching it newly created British Style Tap room this coming weekend (July 9th & 10th). This new Tap Room is located at the foot of Starkey's Lookout, right across from Glenora Winery and they will be sharing the space that is currently occupied by OBegley's Distillery.
For Opening Weekend Seneca Lake Brewing Company will be offering a few different beers that have already been produced as well as a couple of different wines from local wineries. Food will also be available from East Side Grill in Penn Yann.
Opening Weekend hours will be:
- Saturday 09th July - 10am - 8pm
- Sunday 10th July - 11am - 7pm
Two new craft breweries are expected to open on Bridge Street in Corning this spring and are among a handful of projects expected to enhance the business district.

Upstate Brewing Company is undertaking the second expansion of their facility since it opened in 2012.
After almost two years in the planning stages, the Seneca Street Brewpub is almost ready to open. When it does -- probably in the next few weeks -- the pub with its own onsite brewing system will be the most visible part of a growing, family-owned beer business centered in Syracuse's eastern suburbs.

Bottomless Brewing is the brainchild of Carrie Fischer and her husband, Tom Thompson. A radiologist at Geneva General Hospital in Geneva, N. Y., Thompson says the idea for the brewery came out of a conversation in April 2014.

What started with the laying of a foundation last summer is slowly inching toward completion, including a new logo that adorns the wood-paneled front facade. When it's completed in the next few months, the Three Heads Brewery, located on Atlantic Avenue in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts, will be the newest destination for craft beer lovers in this region.
