Brew & Brats serves four locally crafted Bristol Springs Brand beers (IPA, American Pale Ale, Porter and a weekly special) along with a unique menu of locally made brats plus winemaker's sauerkraut. The Arbor Hill Sherried Wine Sausage and Bristol Brat are made exclusively for Brew & Brats by Hartmann's Old World Sausage along with their Chicken Supremo, Apricot Cranberry and Andouille. The brats are served on fresh baked rolls or wraps adorned by your choice of a dozen delicious condiments, many of which you will be thankful are available for sale for later enjoyment at home. Enjoy fresh popped complimentary popcorn while our attentive team makes you feel like family. Several Arbor Hill wines grace our menu along with non-alcoholic offerings like Iron Fireman Root Beer, Healthy Purple Grape Juice, and grape lemonade slushy. Finish your meal off with a delicious root beer float, ice cream sandwich or be adventuresome and try a Turtle Crawl Porter Float or a Rhine Street Red Wine Slushy.

Brew & Brats is located behind the gift shop of Arbor Hill Winery in an historic 150 year old carriage barn. John Brahm, the owner & winemaker decided that the carriage barn could be utilized for more than wine tastings. While on a family vacation he shared the idea with his daughter Sherry, and less than two months later the first craft beer was poured. An outstanding team of relatives and friends came together to staff what has become a unique dining experience for a growing number of families. Live music every Saturday night featuring local artists has caused the hamlet of South Bristol to become a weekly destination for locals and vacationers alike. In the spring of 2012 an 800 square foot expansion, complete with bandstand, was added to the south side of the barn to accommodate more dinners and wine tour groups. 2012 along with 2013 has seen us open the restaurant to a variety of groups for events with advance notice. Meet the Business Owner: John B.
This is truly a family business that goes back generations. In the early 1900's, on John Brahm's side of the family, Anna Randall married Elmer Standish and started a Naples grape-growing tradition. This tradition has spanned four generations. Katie Brahm's father gave John and Katie's farm the name "Arbor Hill." That is where the trademark originated. Today, John and Katie continue the traditions as owners of Arbor Hill, an award-winning producer of gourmet food products and wine. With a degree in Pomology from Cornell and a successful 23-year career at Widmer Wine Cellars, John started the gourmet food business with the Brahm's Wine Syrups. Now, Arbor Hill offers about 45-50 different gourmet foods. The newest additions are the wine-based finishing sauces.
